"I've been a State Farm customer for over 10 years. In early 2022, my then agent retired and closed his office. He provided me with Amy's number. I set up an appointment in April of that year. From then unti now, I have been amazed at what Amy and her team provide. They offer an annual review of your policies, answer all questions, run quotes if you're looking to save a few bucks if it makes sense for your current financial situation. They are incredibly responsive anytime you call or email the office. Just last week I met with Tim Holt for my annual review. He was amazing!! He had a checklist and I had a list of questions. Tim answered all of my questions and made a few suggestions. I currently have auto, homeowners and an umbrella policy. Before I transferred to Amy's agency, no agent had ever educated me on what an umbrella policy is, and how invaluable it is to have this policy if you own your home and have retirement savings. The premium is affordable and the peace of mind it affords me is well worth the cost. And check out the State Farm credit card! I opened this credit card in 2022. I earn 3% cash back on insurance premium payments (up to $4,000 in annual spending). Who doesn't like cash back???"
